Meet the brothers behind Dough Bros!!
Alberto (Antonio) and Vincenzo (Enzo) are third generation chefs. Their Nanno and Nanna, Alberto & Mary Salvo, were one of the first couples to learn the art of pizza making in York, PA back in the 1950s. They passed down that art to their children, and then their grandchildren. Enzo and Antonio have been working in the family pizza shops for years. First Alberto’s Italian Restaurant in Edgewater, then Alberto’s Pizza Shop in Port Orange, and now they are launching their very own version of the family biz. With a tentative opening date of February 22, the Dough Bros are looking forward to serving the same community they were born and raised in.
